30 days returns and exchanges policy

In Store Purchases
Returns
Within 30 days of original purchase, we will happily accept a return, provided that all items are in the original sale able condition and packaging.
Refunds
Refunds for all in store purchases require customer sale details or the original receipt. Refunds are processed using the original payment method.
Exchanges
All in store purchases require customer sale details or the original receipt provided. Exchanges are available 30 days from original purchase.
Online Purchases
Returns
Within 30 days of original purchase, we will happily accept a return provided that all items are in the original sale able condition and packaging.
Process
Online purchases may be returned for a refund or exchange in-store, or online following these instructions. Provided that the original receipt is enclosed.
Missing something?
Some items may be sent from an alternative warehouse and will arrive separately. Please refer to the tracking emails you will have received for more details.


Instructions for returning online purchases
To obtain a return or exchange online, please complete “Exchange & Return Form” and enclose with the relevant items and receipt. Obtain the form here.
Place your item(s) and completed “Exchange & Return Form” back in the original packaging and re­seal the packaging ready for shipping.
Attach a new posting label and proceed to drop off your parcel at any registered post office. Please ensure all prior instructions have been completed.
Electric Cycles All Things Eco reserves the right to determine whether a product is faulty and conduct a production and quality check. If deemed faulty, a replacement item will be shipped where possible subject to stock availability or a refund or credit note.
Electric Cycles All Things Eco will not be held responsible if there is a delay in delivery. In the event that your product is lost in transit, Electric Cycles All Things Eco will not be held liable. Customers will be responsible for the return shipping and handling charge.
You need to send the original or a copy of receipt with your order.
Please retain your tracking information for the parcel and allow 2 business days to process the refund on receiving the goods.
Please note that once the refund is processed by Electric Cycles All Things Eco, the time taken for the amount to show in your bank account is dependent on your financial institution
Any goods that are not in the original packaging, have attached tags, undamaged, and unused will not be refunded, and returned back to you.
These conditions do not affect your standard Australian Consumer rights.
